What we collect
We only collect the information you voluntarily submit through our contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company and the content of your message.
This site does not use profiling, marketing or analytics cookies, and does not embed any third-party tracking tools.
Technical cookies and site resources
The site loads Barlow fonts, Bootstrap styles and scripts, and Bootstrap Icons from its own server. These resources provide the presentation and operation of each page. The browser does not need to contact Google Fonts or jsDelivr to load them. The site does not use these resources for profiling, marketing or analytics.
Purpose and legal basis
The data you submit through the contact form is processed solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide a quote or initiate a business relationship. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Data retention
Messages received are retained for the time strictly necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and no longer than required by applicable tax and civil legislation.
Sharing with third parties
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties. It may be accessible to the email service provider used by BYCO SRL as part of the normal operation of that service.
Your rights
You may exercise the rights granted by Articles 15–22 of the GDPR at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
